By linking your device to Comfort Link, you gain access to energy reports, potential savings of up to 25%, and expert advice on optimizing your consumption patterns. These advantages not only benefit you but also contribute positively to the environment.

In the event of a malfunction, the app provides instant alerts, ensuring that you never experience a chilly home or shower again. Additionally, Comfort Link offers round-the-clock support from your service centre. They can remotely monitor your systems and address any issues promptly.

*Regarding heating systems: a comparison is made between a conventional boiler without a programmable thermostat or with constant temperature control and a condensing boiler equipped with automatic mode, external sensors, and controlled via the Comfort Link app. The estimated savings are based on the average yearly consumption for a 100-square-meter single-family house in Milan with energy class F radiators.

When considering electric water heaters: a comparison between an 80-liter capacity round mechanical water heater running continuously and an 80-liter Velis EVO Wi-Fi or Lydos Wi-Fi unit with weekly scheduling capabilities through the Comfort Link app. The scenario assumes four daily showers – two in the morning and two in the afternoon – resulting in an additional 8% efficiency improvement according to the 'Communication from the Commission to the European Parliament, the Council, the European Economic and Social Committee and the Committee of the Regions', Brussels July 2015.
